At Var Lakshmi Venkateshwara's temple, every saturday, vratas will be performed by pandits. For 7 days Vrat, the donation of the subscription is Rs. 6000. You can check the details in the vrat subscription page. If you take up the subscription, if you are not in the location, with your gothra and names of you and your family, the vrat will be done. If you give nivedan to Shree Venkateshwara at your location and listen to the story of the vrat, that would be enough from you.
