A lady used to have the dreams of Lord Kalki and he saw Kalki karam related works happening at Dharmayan, with the divine guidance this temple came to existence. This is the first temple built by Kalki Mission which is also another NGO of Dharmayan Fellowship Foundation. Temple is located at Kallur village which is 50km away from Khammam city. The village falls in the highway that goes from Khammam to Sattu Palli.
